It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Peter J. Giovine, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court’s Order of May 22, 2007, in addition to the assignments set forth in that Order, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Ocean County (Vicinage 14), effective September 4, 2007 and until further Order.
