Order -- Tax Court Judges Small and Hayser -- Revisions to Counties Served for Purposes of Tax Court Cases

Effective September 1, 2007, and until further Order, it is ORDERED that Tax Court Presiding Judge Joseph C. Small shall be assigned to serve Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Ocean, Salem, and Somerset Counties for purposes of Tax Court cases; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that Tax Court Judge Raymond A. Hayser shall be assigned to serve Union County, the City of Newark, and the Town of Secaucus for purposes of Tax Court cases;

This amends the 2007-2008 General Assignment Order dated June 12, 2007.
