It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Robert P. Figarotta, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court's Order of January 3, 2006, in addition to the assignment set forth in that Order is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Family Division, Middlesex County (Vicinage 8), effective June 18, 2007 and until further Order.
