It is ORDERED that, effective immediately and until further order, Superior Court Judge Charles M. Rand is hereby designated to serve as the Acting Assignment Judge for Vicinage 4 (Camden County) in the event of the unavailability of Assignment Judge Francis J. Orlando, Jr.; this will amend the 2006-07 General Assignment Order, dated July 19, 2006, as to that designation.
