By Order of October 10, 2006 the Supreme Court adopted updating revisions to Side 2 of the Civil Summons, which is included in the Rules of Court as Appendix XII-A. A November 1, 2006 Notice to the Bar advised of two updated area codes for inclusion on Side 2 of the Summons. This Notice is to promulgate a further updating revision to Side 2 of the Summons: The correct phone number that should be shown on the Summons for the Warren County Lawyer Referral Service is 908-387-1835.
