It is ORDERED that effective November 27, 2006, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Peter F. Bariso, Jr. is hereby designated as the Acting Presiding Judge of the Civil Division, Hudson County (Vicinage 6).
This amends the 2006-2007 General Assignment Order dated July 19, 2006.
