It is ORDERED that, effective immediately and until further order, Superior Court Judge Salem Vincent Ahto is hereby designated to serve as the Acting Assignment Judge for Morris and Sussex Counties (Vicinage 10) in the event of the unavailability of Assignment Judge B. Theodore Bozonelis; this will amend the 2006-07 General Assignment Order, dated July 19, 2006, as to that designation.
