It is ORDERED that the attached amendments to Court Rules 1:20-4, 1:20-6, 1:20-7, 4:5-3, 4:6-1, 4:37-1, 5:1-4, and 6:4-3 are adopted to be effective September 1, 2006; these amendments make corrections to cross-references therein necessitated by the rule amendments adopted by the Court’s Order of July 27, 2006, which amendments also are effective September 1, 2006.
