It is ORDERED that effective July 13, 2006 Superior Court Judge Roger F. Mahon is hereby designated to serve as Acting Assignment Judge for Vicinage 13 (Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Counties) on an interim basis in the event of the unavailability of both Assignment Judge Graham T. Ross and Acting Assignment Judge Thomas H. Dilts; this supplements the 2005-06 General Assignment Order, dated June 30, 2005.
