IT IS ORDERED that, effective on a date to be determined by the Administrative Director of the Courts, which date will give affected parties a minimum of sixty days' notice, the practice of allowing title abstract companies to remove foreclosure case files from the Office of the Superior Court Clerk for the purpose of making abstracts or examinations will no longer be permitted; this Order supersedes and rescinds the November 9, 1993 Order of this Court.
