IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 2:15-2, the following members of the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct are reappointed for a term that expires on August 31, 2009, the reappointments to be effective September 1, 2006:

RETIRED JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT AND JUDGES OF THE SUPERIOR COURT

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Honorable Alan B. Handler shall be designated Chair and the Honorable Daniel J. O’Hern shall be designated Vice Chair of the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct during the period September 1, 2006 to August 31, 2009.
