Pursuant to Rule 4:38A ("Centralized Management of Mass Torts") and Directive # 11-03 ("Mass Torts - Guidelines and Criteria for Designation"), an application has been made to the Supreme Court, through the Administrative Director of the Courts, to designate all litigation in the New Jersey state courts involving the drugs Risperdal, Seroquel and Zyprexa as a mass tort for centralized management in Middlesex County by Judge Bryan D. Garruto with the assistance of Special Master Agatha N. Dzikiewicz.
