It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J. Const. (1947), Art. VI, sec., 7, par. 3, and N.J.S.A. 2A:2-3, Theodore J. Fetter, Deputy Administrative Director, Administrative Office of the Courts, is hereby designated as Acting Clerk of the Superior Court on an interim basis effective July 1, 2006 and until further Order.
