It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Peter J. Giovine, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court's Order of April 29, 2005, in addition to the assignment set forth in that Order, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Criminal Division, Ocean County (Vicinage 14), effective June 12, 2006 and until further Order.
