It is ORDERED that retired Judge Arthur Lesemann, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court’s Order of October 18, 2005, is hereby temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Essex County (Vicinage 5), effective June 30, 2006; this will supersede the assignment portion of the Court’s October 18, 2005 Order.
