It is ORDERED that effective April 24, 2006, Appellate Division Judge Edwin R. Alley is assigned to Part H of the Appellate Division.
It is further ORDERED that in addition to the above assignment, Judge Alley's present assignment to Part G of the Appellate Division shall continue for such period of time as necessary to conclude all matters assigned to him.
This amends the 2005-2006 General Assignment Order dated June 30, 2005.
