NOTICE TO THE BAR
APPELLATE DIVISION REQUESTING E-MAIL ADDRESSES
The Appellate Division will expand its electronic distribution of opinions
to all counsel who have provided an e-mail address to the Clerk's office.
This will expedite the distribution of opinions to the parties and reduce
the period of time manual processing and mailing takes. Therefore, counsel
who have not yet provided an e-mail address to the Clerk's office, in
each appeal, are requested to do so. Counsel are further requested to
continue to provide an e-mail address on briefs and other papers filed
with the Appellate Division. Hard copies of opinions will be distributed
to counsel without an e-mail address.
