It is ORDERED that effective March 13, 2006, Appellate Division Judge Robert A. Fall is assigned to Part G of the Appellate Division and designated the Acting Presiding Judge of that Part. It is further ORDERED that in addition to the above assignment, Judge Fall's present assignment to Part H of the Appellate Division shall continue for such period of time as necessary to conclude all matters assigned to him.
This amends the 2005-2006 General Assignment Order dated June 30, 2005.
