It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Rudolph N. Hawkins, Jr. retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective January 5, 2006 or until further Order; and
It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation Judge Hawkins remains assigned to the Superior Court, Family & Civil Divisions in Union County.
