Foreign Legal Consultant Ineligibility Order Pursuant to Rule 1:28-2

Pursuant to Rule1:28-2, the Trustees of the New Jersey Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection have reported to the Supreme Court the names of those foreign legal consultants who have failed to make full payment to the Fund, the Disciplinary Oversight Committee, and the Lawyers Assistance Program for the calendar year 2005; And the Court having had the Trustees send notice to each such foreign legal consultant that unless all reporting and financial obligations were fully satisfied on or before August 26, 2005, his or her name would be published in the New Jersey Law Journal and the New Jersey Lawyer together with an Order of the Court declaring him or her ineligible to render legal services pursuant to Rule 1:21-9;

And notwithstanding the fact that every reasonable effort has been made by the Trustees to notify all foreign legal consultants of their obligations to file an annual registration statement and make payment to the Fund, the foreign legal consultants whose names appear on the attached Ineligible List have, as of the date of this Order, failed to make full payment;

IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1:28-2, each foreign legal consultant whose name appears on the attached Ineligible List shall be ineligible to render legal services in New Jersey, effective November 21, 2005; and it is further

ORDERED that each foreign legal consultant whose name is included on the attached Ineligible List shall remain ineligible to render legal services in New Jersey until the annual registration statement for the current year is filed together with payment of ALL of the following: this year=s annual assessment, the late fee, any arrears due from prior years, and a reinstatement fee of $50 if being removed from one calendar year's Ineligible List or $100 if being removed from two or more calendar years' Lists; and it is further

ORDERED that this Order and the attached list of foreign legal consultants are to be posted on the Judiciary's website and published in the New Jersey Law Journal and the New Jersey Lawyer on November 21, 2005, and that a copy of this Order be mailed to each foreign legal consultant whose name appears on the attached list at the address shown thereon; and it is further

ORDERED that any amendments or corrections to this Order shall be posted and published as soon as may be practicable.
