It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Patrick J. McGann, Jr., serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court’s Order of May 17, 2005, in addition to the assignment set forth in that Order is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, Monmouth County (Vicinage 9), for the limited purpose of concluding the Civil matters assigned to him during his previous recall assignment to that court; this additional limited assignment is effective May 20, 2005 nunc pro tunc or until further Order.
