It is ORDERED that Superior Court Judge Jack M. Sabatino, in addition to any other assignment, is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division, effective November 7, 2005 through February 5, 2006, to serve on such Parts as ordered by the Appellate Division Presiding Judge for Administration.
The temporary assignment shall be in effect for such additional period of time as necessary to decide motions, prepare for and conclude all matters assigned to him.
