It is ORDERED that, effective October 1, 2005, Cheryl A. Ryan is appointed as Clerk of the Tax Court pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:13-13; this will supersede the Court’s February 14, 2005 Order appointing an Acting Tax Court Clerk.
