It is ORDERED that Superior Court Judge Donald J. Volkert, Jr., in addition to his regular assignment as set forth in the 2005-06 General Assignment Order, is temporarily assigned as General Equity Presiding Judge for Vicinage 5 (Essex County) effective September 5, 2005 through November 13, 2005; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that Superior Court Judge Michael R. Casale, in addition to his regular assignment as set forth in the 2005-06 General Assignment Order, is temporarily assigned as the Criminal Division Presiding Judge for Vicinage 5 (Essex County) effective September 5, 2005 through November 13, 2005.
