Panel for Title 2A Sentence Reviews
It is ORDERED that, effective immediately and until further order, all motions for sentence review filed pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2C:1-1d(2) shall be heard by a three-judge panel consisting of Superior Court Judges Peter J. Giovine, E. Stevenson Fluharty, and Robert Neustadter, all of whom are on recall to temporary judicial service and assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel; this order supersedes any and all prior orders designating judges to hear motions filed pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2C:1-1d(2).
