It is ORDERED that the Order dated July 22, 1999, designating those Superior Court judges authorized to receive applications for and to enter orders authorizing interceptions of wire, electronic, or oral communications pursuant to New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:156A-1 et. seq., which has been amended by the Orders dated June 11, 2004, August 26, 2004, October 12, 2004, and January 14, 2005, is further amended so as to designate Presiding Judge Maria M. Sypek as a Wiretap Judge effective July 1, 2005.
