NOTICE TO THE BAR

RE: Application to Designate Bextra Litigation as a Mass Tort

Pursuant to Rule 4:38A and the Mass Tort Guidelines (Directive #11-03), an application has been submitted to the Supreme Court to designate all litigation (pending and subsequently filed) alleging damage arising from the use of the drug Bextra as a mass tort and to assign that litigation for centralized management to Atlantic County.
