It is ORDERED that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:3-1(b) and N.J.S.A. 2A:5A-2 Trial Court Administrator Kirk Nixon is hereby appointed as Deputy Clerk of Superior Court for Passaic County, effective June 6, 2005 nunc pro tunc and until further order; this Order amends the Court’s September 14, 1998 Order as to Mercer County and supersedes the Court’s May 11, 2005 Order designating an interim Deputy Clerk of Superior Court for Passaic County.
