It is ORDERED that, effective June 1, 2005 and until further Order of the Court, Appellate Division Deputy Clerk Jeffrey A. Newman is appointed as Acting Clerk of the Appellate Division of Superior Court pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:3-1(b); this will supersede the Court’s Order of October 30, 2001.
