It is ORDERED that effective upon the taking of his oath and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Robert E. McCarthy is hereby assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Morris County (Vicinage 10).
This supplements the 2004-2005 General Assignment Order dated June 30, 2004.
