It is ORDERED that retired Appellate Division Judge Harold B. Wells, III, serving on recall by the Court’s Order of August 9, 2004, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Civil Division and the Criminal Division of Superior Court, Burlington Vicinage (Vicinage 3), effective immediately and until further order. This supplements the assignment portion of the August 9, 2004 recall order.
