It is ORDERED that effective April 1, 2005, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Thomas S. Smith, Jr.is hereby designated as the Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division, Burlington County (Vicinage 3). This amends the 2004-2005 General Assignment Order dated June 30, 2004.
