It is ORDERED that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:3-1(b) and N.J.S.A. 2A:5A-2 Trial Court Administrator Sue Regan is hereby appointed as Deputy Clerk of Superior Court for Mercer County, effective February 14, 2005 and until further order; this Order amends the Court’s September 14, 1998 Order as to Mercer County and supersedes the Court’s October 12, 2004 Order designating an interim Deputy Clerk of Superior Court for Mercer County.
