Retraction of Attorneys Placed on the 2004 Ineligible List - New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund For Client Protection
The New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection declares that Thomas Joseph Coleman, III, Esq., who was admitted to the Bar in 1990, should not have been included on the 2004 Ineligible List. He was included due to circumstances beyond his and the Fund’s control. His name should be stricken from the Court Order dated September 17, 2004 and published September 27, 2004. |
