IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:3-1b, the Court appoints JOHN M. CHACKO, SR., of FREEHOLD as Clerk of the Appellate Division of Superior Court, effective with his taking of the oath of office and until the further Order of the Court.
