It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Robert Neustadter, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective February 1, 2005 or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this recall continuation Judge Neustadter remains temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Criminal Division, in Vicinage 1 (Atlantic/Cape May Counties) and to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel.
