IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to Article VI, Section 2, Paragraph 1 of the New Jersey Constitution and Rule 2:13-2(a), Superior Court, Appellate Division, Judge Stephen Skillman is assigned to serve temporarily in the Supreme Court, in addition to his regular duties, for the purpose of participating in the consideration and disposition of A-59-05, Angelo J. Maimone v. The City of Atlantic City, et al., (Docket No. 58, 424) effective immediately and until further Order of the Court.
