It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Timothy J. Sullivan, serving on recall by the Court’s Order of February 25, 2004, as supplemented by Order of June 28, 2004, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Passaic County effective July 1, 2005 and until further order.
