Types of matters handled:
Juvenile delinquency: Domestic Violence: Dissolution (Divorce): (Non-Dissolution (Child Support; custody; visitation): Child Placement; Child Abuse; Termination of Parental Rights; Family Crisis; and Domestic Violence Violations:

The Division is divided into teams:

1. Intake Reception Team 732-519-3242 Receives all filing (complaints; motions; affidavits; answers motions) and answers questions on where a case is assigned.
2. Domestic Relations Team 732-519-3240 Tracks & maintains records on all Matrimonial, Domestic Violence and Non-dissolution Cases. Handles all Custody/Visitation Investigation; Mediates Custody Cases; oversees Supervised Visitation.
3. Juvenile Team 732-519-3266 Tracks & maintains records on all Juvenile Cases; oversees Case Diversions such as Juvenile Conference Committee, Intake Service Conference & Juvenile Referees; and prepares pre-dispositional reports.
4. Children in Court Team 732-519-3275 Tracks & maintains records on all Child Placement, Child Abuse & Neglect (DYFS cases) and Guardianship Cases, Kinship Legal Guardianship.
5. UIFSA Team 732-519-3217 Files all documents track & maintains records an all Child Support Cases where the obligor is out of New Jersey.
6. Matrimonial (dissolution) and Non-Dissolution Team 732-519-3292 Tracks, schedules and maintains all matrimonial and none dissolution cases. Also handles the Supervised Visitation and Parent Education Programs.
