Trial Court Facilities in Middlesex

In the Vicinage of Middlesex Law and Chancery Divisions of Superior Court are located in the Middlesex County Court House in New Brunswick at 56 Paterson St., as are some of the administrative and support functions.

Connected with the Court House is the former Middlesex County Administrative Building in which some of the court filing offices are located.

The Family Law Courthouse is located at 120 New Street.

In addition to the operations at the Court House and Administrative Building, the trial court system also includes twenty-five municipal courts, with one court located in each of the County's twenty-five municipalities.
