Generally, mortgage foreclosures, mortgage cancellations, partition actions, quiet title actions, authorization and supervision of life-support procedures, specific performance of a contractual obligation, reformation of instruments, receiverships, the appointment of a statutory custodial / provisional director or receiver, prevention of unfair competition, the issuance of injunction in labor disputes, actions for an accounting, actions brought under the Corporate Deadlock Statute, actions compelling arbitration, actions for the dissolution of a partnership, and other actions that are equitable in nature.
