Ciba-Geigy

In this litigation, the plaintiffs have sued Ciba Geigy, a chemical manufacturer, for alleged wrongful acts in connection with the disposal of solid wastes, including, but not limited to, by-products from chemical manufacturing processes and waste water treatment sludge.

These matters were originally assigned by Order of the Supreme Court dated February 6, 2001 for centralized management in the Middlesex vicinage to the Hon. Marina Corodemus. As a result of the disability retirement of Judge Corodemus, by Order of Chief Justice Poritz dated October 1, 2004, the cases were reassigned to the Hon. Ann G. McCormick.
