For Petit Jurors

This Message Provides Instructions For Petit Jurors Scheduled The Week of September 8, 2015

 

These instructions take precedence over any text or email messages you may receive.

  

Jurors numbered 1 through and including 166  are required to report for service on

Tuesday, September 8, 2015 promptly at 9:00 A.M.

  

No other jurors are needed on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. Therefore, if you work, you should

report to your place of employment or

follow your normal routine.

 

All jurors remain on call and must check this message again after 5 P.M. on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 to receive further reporting instructions.

It is likely that additional jurors will need to report on Wednesday 9/9/15.

 

Please note, the Superior Court will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2015.

PARKING

Free parking is available for jurors in a lot on Capner Street located approximately 200 yards west of the Justice Center (past its intersection with Park Avenue). From Main St. in Flemington turn on to Capner St. at the Flemington post office. At the  four-way stop, go straight and the parking lot is about 1/8th of a mile down the block on the right hand side.  Turn right into the lot, which is indicated by a green sign that notes Justice Center parking. You may also access the parking lot from Park Avenue.

Please be aware that street parking regulations are strictly enforced including 2 hour limits and unauthorized parking in other lots.

JURY ASSEMBLY ROOM

We have a refrigerator, a microwave and wireless internet access available for your use. Please note, backpacks and large bags will not be permitted in the courtroom and must be left in the Jury Assembly Room.
