Burlington Welcomes New Finance Division Manager

Colleen T. Brooks has been named finance division manager in Burlington Vicinage, Assignment Judge Ronald E. Bookbinder and Trial Court Administrator Jude Del Preore announced.

Brooks has more than 20 years of experience in the financial field. She had been chief financial officer at the AIDS Coalition of Southern New Jersey since 2004.

“I am honored and excited to be given this opportunity to serve the Burlington County community and the Judiciary,” Brooks said. “I look forward to working with the judges and staff to address the needs of the court and the public.”

Brooks has a bachelor’s degree in business/economics from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown She has also completed certifications in nonprofit management, nonprofit financial management, supervisory management, board leadership, fundraising and human resources from the Nonprofit Center at LaSalle University’s School of Business.

Brooks lives Wenonah, Gloucester County.
