Judges with Portraits: Judges Robert F. Butler, Michael Brooke Fisher, William L. Forester, Judge Joseph P. Testa pose with their portraits during Cumberland County’s Opening of Court ceremony, which was held Sept. 7 in the ceremonial courtroom in the Cumberland County Courthouse in Bridgeton. The ceremony marks the traditional start of the court year and recognizes the accomplishments of members of the legal profession and Judiciary who passed away during the previous year. The celebration also is an opportunity to recognize the importance and integrity of the legal system. Similar ceremonies also took place in Burlington, Gloucester and Mercer counties.
