Fazari, Forbes Named to Posts in Essex Vicinage
Essex Vicinage Assignment Judge Patricia K. Costello has announced that Giuseppe (Joe) Fazari has been named acting assistant trial court administrator/general operations manager, and Frances Forbes is the new supervisor of court reporters and the transcripts unit.
Fazari succeeds James Agro, who in February was appointed assistant director for management services at the Administrative Office of the Courts Fazari will serve in the operations division with Sigfredo Carrion.
Fazari began working in Essex Vicinage in 2004 as jury manager and was named assistant division manager in the criminal division in 2006.
Frances Forbes is the new supervisor of court reporters and the transcripts unit. She has worked in Essex for more than 25 years as an official court reporter and supervisor.
