Reporting Changes in Registration

Changes in mailing addresses, name, or tax identification numbers must be reported by filling out and mailing in the Registration Change Form to the Language Services Section at the AOC.  In addition, the Division of Revenue's Request for Change of Registration Information form must be filled out and mailed to that office.

Changes in telephone numbers, fax numbers, cell numbers, language, availability, and e-mail addresses may be reported by either sending an e-mail to the Language Services Mailbox (Language_Services.Mailbox@judiciary.state.nj.us) or by submitting the Registration Change Form to the Language Services Section.  These changes do not need to be reported to the Division of Revenue.
