Rules Committee Reports Posted for Comment: The Supreme Court seeks comments on the 2014-2016 Civil Practice Committee Report and Special Civil Part Practice Committee Report. To read the notice to the bar posting those reports and detailing the comment process, click here. Comments are due by April 1, 2016.

Hudson Vicinage Child Support: Effective Feb. 1, questions regarding child support enforcement in Hudson County should be directed to the statewide child support call center at 877-655-4371. Walk-in assistance will continue to be available during the following hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
