The Finance Division oversees all court related financial activities
within the Cumberland/Gloucester/Salem Vicinage and acts as a liaison
to the AOC.
The major responsibilities of the division include:
- Preparation and implementation of control mechanisms to monitor budget expenditures
- Issuance of spending plans
- Processing of requisitions and issuance of all purchase orders
- Establish financial encumbrances and paying all invoices
- Tracking of fixed assets
- Processing paperwork for all grants including IV-D
- Monitoring and auditing judicial areas involved in the collection, distribution, financial record keeping and reporting of court held funds
- Collection of Child Support Payments
- Bail Refunds
- Civil Filing Fees
- Family Filing Fees
- Fines & Restitution Payments
