Foreclosure Mediators

Residential Foreclosure Mediation Program

Foreclosure mediation is a process where a neutral mediator assists lenders and borrowers in trying to reach a voluntary and mutual agreement to resolve a loan delinquency. Foreclosure mediation will take place in county courthouses with trained mediators.

Some benefits of mediation include confidentiality and the opportunity for parties to create their own mutually acceptable agreement.

The mediators on the rosters include both attorney-mediators and other professionals who have completed 18 hours of mediation training under Court Rule 1:40-12(b).
